Build, test, optimize, and maintain ELT pipelines supporting analytics, reporting, and data products. Deploy config-driven workflows to Databricks across a multi-tenant environment, extend data models, support CI/CD and ingestion projects, monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and collaborate with data and product teams to deliver reliable, well-tested data.

Lead end-to-end customer-facing SaaS implementations, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, stakeholders, UAT, go-live, handover, and hypercare. Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, managed service providers, and outsourced developers while maintaining project documentation, reporting, KPIs, and continuous process improvements. Serve as the primary customer contact and ensure timely, on-budget, on-scope delivery in a healthcare SaaS environment.

Lead evolution of test automation and a Quality Agent system. Design and maintain a stable Playwright/TypeScript framework, improve CI quality gates, rationalise E2E tests, expand coverage using AI-assisted workflows, and run non-functional testing proofs. Coach teams on test design and contribute to company-wide quality strategy and tooling decisions.
