Support customer onboarding and data migrations for a SaaS clinical system. Coordinate migrations (majority focus), manage migration inbox, configure templates, liaise with vendors, run French/English client meetings, maintain documentation and migration plans in HubSpot and Jira.

Lead discovery, design, build, test and deploy customer-facing integrations and automations using APIs, Semble Connect/Workato, low-code tooling and AI. Own implementation, go-live, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and support sales technical scoping while feeding integration insights into product roadmap.

12-month maternity-cover role supporting the Financial Controller and CFO. Own end-to-end AR/AP, month-end tasks, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, payroll journals, and P&L analysis. Partner with Sales and customers on billing and collections, maintain bookkeeping for UK and French entities, assist with year-end audit, and help improve finance processes and systems.
