Leads and develops a team of Desktop Motor Engineers handling vehicle damage assessments, repair methodologies, total-loss decisions, and insurance claims. Manages workflow, workload allocation, service-level targets, quality audits, client escalations, compliance, technical guidance, and continuous improvement. Requires substantial motor engineering and claims experience, leadership capability, vehicle repair expertise, estimating-platform experience, and ATA accreditation or progression toward it.

Design structural repair solutions for buildings damaged by fire, flooding, and subsidence. Responsibilities include designing and specifying sub-structure schemes, producing CAD drawings, obtaining permissions, supporting sustainable and net-zero repair approaches, monitoring site work, engaging senior stakeholders, and training colleagues. The role primarily supports listed and historic buildings and requires strong communication, organization, technical judgment, and customer service skills.

Manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims from first contact to conclusion, make technical decisions after training/licensing, produce client reports, maintain reserves, liaise with suppliers, and deliver high-quality customer service while working hybrid across the UK.
