Coordinates complex property claims from initial contact through resolution, serving as the main contact for policyholders. Supports adjusters, manages supplier and contractor performance, coordinates repair and restoration work, monitors claim progress, resolves issues, and maintains accurate stakeholder communications. The role requires strong organization, customer service, communication, and claims coordination skills while managing multiple claims and projects.

Supports Sedgwick’s carbon reduction strategy and net-zero goals by preparing SBTi reports, calculating Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, developing carbon-footprint benchmarks, assessing reduction proposals, ensuring ISO 14001 compliance, forecasting contractor capacity, collaborating with contractors, and delivering sustainability training to colleagues.

Design structural repair solutions for buildings damaged by fire, flooding, and subsidence. Responsibilities include designing and specifying sub-structure schemes, producing CAD drawings, obtaining permissions, supporting sustainable and net-zero repair approaches, monitoring site work, engaging senior stakeholders, and training colleagues. The role primarily supports listed and historic buildings and requires strong communication, organization, technical judgment, and customer service skills.
