Lead audit and quality reviews for liability claims, identify trends and knowledge gaps, provide feedback, coaching and training, act as technical contact for complex cases, manage quality for key clients and retain a small caseload to maintain hands-on claims experience.

Manage and develop a UK-based liability claims team, ensuring service delivery, quality, budget targets, internal audits, telephony and file reviews, reporting trends, and implementing process improvements with client engagement.
