Lead UKIMEA transformation initiatives by identifying and implementing AI, automation and technology solutions. Conduct requirements gathering, workshops and process analysis; develop roadmaps, prioritise initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders from discovery through implementation, and measure outcomes to drive operational efficiency and improved customer experience.

Manage and optimise a UK-wide contractor network: drive contractor performance, cost control, quality, compliance and customer satisfaction. Use performance dashboards, conduct in-person and virtual reviews, manage contractor selection, nurture client partnerships, and support strategic service expansion. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cover operational areas as needed.

Manage and administer global employee benefits programs (pensions, healthcare, life assurance), ensure compliance and accurate processing, handle invoicing and reconciliations, support renewals, test/update benefits systems, liaise with vendors, maintain documentation and data, analyze utilization/costs, and support communications and improvements across regions.
