Generate leads, conduct inside sales activities, engage potential clients, communicate business value, and support business opportunity development. Collaborate with the sales team to create growth strategies and meet or exceed sales targets. The role requires clear communication, independent remote work, sales experience, and the ability to understand and explain technical concepts.

Build and own marketing-focused web projects, including landing pages, campaign pages, and website updates. Ship production-quality front-end code, improve technical SEO, and ensure performance, accessibility, UX, and UI quality. Partner with Marketing, designers, developers, and external agencies to scope, coordinate, and deliver projects. Work primarily with Angular 13 while adopting modern frameworks and AI-assisted coding practices.

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance SecureFlag’s backend Java platform using microservices. Build automated tests and CI pipelines, troubleshoot performance and production issues, implement new functionality, and collaborate closely with the engineering team. The role requires independently improving scalable Java applications, diagnosing Hibernate bottlenecks, and supporting secure coding education technology in a remote, fast-paced environment.
