Owns broad startup operations across people ops, HR administration, systems access, equity and cap table management, investor relations, vendor and expense administration, legal coordination, security compliance, and company events. Serves as the primary problem-solver for employees and managers, handling urgent systems and people issues with discretion. Requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong organization, communication, platform proficiency, and comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Develop and maintain an AI product full-stack: build backend services (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and frontend apps (React/Angular/Vue) using TypeScript/JavaScript and Python, collaborate with a small product team, use GitHub, and contribute in a fast-paced startup. Interest or experience with LLMs is a bonus.

Architect and build a production, self-improving learning platform: capture event pipelines, measure outcomes, implement recommendation and feedback loops, maintain knowledge graphs and vector stores, build feature stores and experimentation infra, and create evaluation frameworks. Spend majority time coding and shipping resilient systems while providing technical leadership and shielding the engineering team.
