Lead and grow an enterprise sales organization for SailPoints Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) SaaS suite. Manage direct and channel sales teams, enforce pipeline and forecasting rigor, hire and develop talent, build 12- to 36-month business plans, and drive new logo and account expansion to achieve quota and pipeline targets.

Manage post-sale customer relationships to ensure retention and value realization from the SailPoint platform. Deliver verified outcomes, coach clients on identity and access use cases, monitor usage and risks, coordinate delivery partners, drive renewals and advocacy, and identify expansion opportunities.

The Strategic Sales Executive position requires selling identity security solutions, exceeding revenue goals, maintaining customer service, and developing strategic engagement with customers and partners.
