Leads technical discovery, solution design, implementation, optimization, and training for complex enterprise SaaS clients. Owns integrations involving product data feeds, APIs, and FTP; manages high-impact projects; resolves advanced technical issues; develops enablement content; mentors junior team members; and partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to improve client outcomes and processes.

Manage enterprise client accounts and execute digital and retail media campaigns across major advertising platforms. Develop media strategies, set up and optimize campaigns, manage budgets and bids, analyze performance, deliver client reporting, and identify growth opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor while collaborating with client success, technical account, and product teams. The role also requires staying current with retail media trends, educating clients, and applying AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Drive technical product initiatives end-to-end: translate business priorities into technical requirements, manage discovery through launch, coordinate cross-functional teams, prioritize platform risks and enhancements, and enable adoption using data, client feedback, and AI tools.

Serve as the technical partner to Client Success Managers for enterprise clients: manage BAU, lead channel implementations, drive platform optimization, resolve complex technical issues with Product and Engineering, support roadmap and feature adoption, and maintain deep platform knowledge.
