Support EMEA Partnerships by managing and reconciling student data (deep Salesforce CRM work), maintaining data hygiene, creating reporting and forecasts, identifying trends across the student lifecycle, and delivering actionable market and competitor insights to inform business development and partnership growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement optimizations, improve enrollment and retention, and produce dashboards and analyses that drive strategic decisions.

Manage cross-functional university partner and online program launches from contract signature through go-live. Maintain implementation plans, project controls, risk and decision logs, readiness reporting, stakeholder accountability, and operational handoffs. Support post-launch partner operations, reporting, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and new program scoping. Build relationships with university and internal stakeholders while using technology, data, and AI-enabled tools to improve delivery and scalability.

Manage day-to-day operations of the learning design team, directly supervise four designers, lead recruitment and onboarding, oversee multiple concurrent course development projects, optimize processes using data and technology, manage vendor quality, and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality course launches.
