Leads EMEA revenue performance for SAP Services, including SAP Support, Application Management Services, and Consulting. Owns renewals, new client acquisition, forecasting, pipeline health, and regional operating plan execution. Develops go-to-market and sales strategies, drives market growth, manages strategic deals, and aligns sales, solution engineering, marketing, and delivery teams. Requires extensive enterprise software sales experience, strong SAP services expertise, global team leadership, and frequent regional engagement.

Lead and grow the APAC Solution Engineer team to support sales; articulate Rimini Street solutions for SAP/Oracle, drive proposals, engage C-level clients, partner with sales and delivery, ensure solution quality and close deals. Travel required.

Provide expert remote support for SAP HR/Payroll applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configuration, and client support for UK and Ireland payroll and related processes.
