Lead a global Product Strategy & Compliance function for payroll, translating multi-jurisdictional payroll, tax, employment, and labor rules into scalable product capabilities. Build and mentor a team, define governance and operating models, embed compliance-by-design with automation/AI, guide regulatory intelligence and market readiness, and advise senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations.

Define and evolve Remote's brand voice and lead end-to-end creative campaign storytelling. Write and optimize website content, create scalable content systems, drive conversion-oriented copy, experiment with new formats, and responsibly scale use of AI. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex global employment topics into clear, engaging narratives that drive brand and business growth.

This role leads CX automation and AI initiatives, builds AI agents, manages complex programmes, and enhances operational tools for team effectiveness.
