Teams at Remote (Remote.com)

Provide expert Germany immigration counsel and lead complex global mobility cases. Monitor case management systems, prepare visa/work permit applications, mentor colleagues, manage escalations and projects, and maintain compliance with changing immigration law while improving processes and in-house services.

Lead Remote's global referral partner program: identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage partners across multiple verticals; design scalable incentive and enablement programs; act as executive sponsor for key partners; collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing); build referral campaigns and partner community; track performance and optimize programs; represent Remote at events and travel periodically to engage top partners.

Qualify and engage outbound leads, source and outreach to prospects, book meetings for Account Executives, communicate Remote's value proposition, support AEs, educate prospects, create target lists, cold call, research key stakeholders and present solutions to start the sales cycle.
