Lead Remote Build product strategy and delivery: decide which bespoke integrations become productized capabilities, own packaging/pricing and unit economics, run standard and custom connector deployments, codify agent/app reference architectures and starter kits, productize managed services, and translate customer engagements into actionable platform feedback.

This role involves providing legal counsel for product compliance, specifically for HRIS and AI products, while managing cross-jurisdictional legal issues and relationships with external counsel.

Leads commercial success for strategic embedded HR technology partners, owning a $10M+ annual bookings target, pipeline, conversion, ARR, retention, and expansion. Builds partner sales motions, enables partner sellers, manages executive relationships, resolves commercial and channel issues, develops repeatable GTM playbooks, and expands partnerships across products and markets. Manages partner account managers and embedded sales leads while coordinating cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, compliance, operations, and revenue teams.
