Lead a global Product Strategy & Compliance function for payroll, translating multi-jurisdictional payroll, tax, employment, and labor rules into scalable product capabilities. Build and mentor a team, define governance and operating models, embed compliance-by-design with automation/AI, guide regulatory intelligence and market readiness, and advise senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations.

This role leads CX automation and AI initiatives, builds AI agents, manages complex programmes, and enhances operational tools for team effectiveness.

Work as a senior backend engineer on cross-functional teams building APIs, tools and integrations. Design, ship and maintain secure, reliable, scalable production systems; propose and implement agentic/automation workflows with verification loops; participate in code reviews, mentoring, support rotations, and cross-team initiatives; contribute to platform improvements, observability, and product feedback.
