Lead Remote Build product strategy and delivery: decide which bespoke integrations become productized capabilities, own packaging/pricing and unit economics, run standard and custom connector deployments, codify agent/app reference architectures and starter kits, productize managed services, and translate customer engagements into actionable platform feedback.

This role involves providing legal counsel for product compliance, specifically for HRIS and AI products, while managing cross-jurisdictional legal issues and relationships with external counsel.

Leads commercial success for strategic embedded HR technology partners, owning a $10M+ annual bookings target, pipeline, conversion, ARR, retention, and expansion. Builds partner sales motions, enables partner sellers, manages executive relationships, resolves commercial and channel issues, develops repeatable GTM playbooks, and expands partnerships across products and markets. Manages partner account managers and embedded sales leads while coordinating cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, compliance, operations, and revenue teams.

Drive net-new business in the DACH region by prospecting, building outbound pipelines, qualifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, presenting solutions, forecasting, and closing deals. Native or professional German and strong English communication skills are required. This is a fully remote, high-velocity hunting role.

Manages occupational health and safety programs across multiple European jurisdictions. Responsibilities include overseeing OHS vendors and training partners, coordinating employee health assessments and safety training, conducting internal compliance audits, answering OHS questions, improving procedures, launching new processes, developing policies with People and Legal teams, and protecting confidential employee information.

Lead product strategy and execution for fraud, credit risk, and compliance across the customer lifecycle. Build automated, platform-oriented systems for onboarding verification, AML/KYB screening, fraud detection, reserve management, collections, and enforcement. Partner with Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Legal, Engineering and Operations to ship iterative, data-driven solutions that reduce manual effort and false positives while improving risk accuracy and scalability.

Lead product development for Remote's Contractor Management vertical: own end-to-end experience, build and ship iterative solutions (including AI-assisted prototypes), define roadmap and strategy, align metrics to business KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally, and work autonomously in an asynchronous, fully-remote environment.

Qualify and engage outbound leads, source new prospects, book meetings for Account Executives, communicate Remote's value proposition, support AEs, create target lists, cold call prospects, research key players, and develop prospects through to hand-off to sales.

Provide expert Germany immigration counsel and lead complex global mobility cases. Monitor case management systems, prepare visa/work permit applications, mentor colleagues, manage escalations and projects, and maintain compliance with changing immigration law while improving processes and in-house services.

This role leads CX automation and AI initiatives, builds AI agents, manages complex programmes, and enhances operational tools for team effectiveness.

Lead a team of Senior Account Managers to grow and retain Mid-Market and Enterprise customers across EMEA. Own forecasting, pipeline management, deal strategy, coaching, and performance to meet revenue goals.
