Lead the architecture and evolution of a Snowflake-based operational data platform. Design secure, governed, scalable data warehouse solutions, real-time ingestion, API integrations, AI-enabled capabilities, and natural-language querying interfaces. Define data flows, schemas, roadmaps, architectural standards, and governance while collaborating with engineering, data, business, and executive stakeholders. Troubleshoot complex platform issues, guide technical direction, and promote modern data engineering practices across enterprise systems.

Develop and onboard strategic partners, build partnership pipelines, generate new business opportunities, and support partner-led revenue growth. The role involves stakeholder relationship management, partner enablement, forecasting, reporting, industry events, and collaboration across internal teams. Success is measured by new partner acquisition, pipeline creation, revenue generation, onboarding, engagement, and achievement of business objectives.

Provides advanced product and domain expertise for Elsevier analytics solutions, supporting customer adoption, complex use cases, change management, training, escalations, and value realization. Partners with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Education teams to address customer needs, share market insights, and support renewals and account growth. Applies expertise in bibliometrics, scientometrics, research evaluation, scholarly publishing, analytics, and AI solutions.
