Creates and maintains Private Client legal content, including practice notes, precedents, checklists, and flowcharts. Monitors legal and industry developments, selects relevant cases and updates, and provides concise analysis for Private Client lawyers. The role requires a qualified England and Wales lawyer with significant Private Client experience, full STEP membership, strong Private Client taxation knowledge, and excellent legal communication skills.

Reviews manuscripts for research integrity and publishing ethics concerns, investigates potential issues, distinguishes valid concerns from false positives, and recommends appropriate actions. Manages ethics cases, communicates findings to editors and authors, mentors colleagues, identifies emerging risks, and leads process improvements that strengthen research integrity screening and publishing operations.

Develop and onboard strategic partners, build partnership pipelines, generate new business opportunities, and support partner-led revenue growth. The role involves stakeholder relationship management, partner enablement, forecasting, reporting, industry events, and collaboration across internal teams. Success is measured by new partner acquisition, pipeline creation, revenue generation, onboarding, engagement, and achievement of business objectives.
