Create and maintain Tolley+ inheritance tax content and practical guidance, support commissioned IHT work, and help shape tax content strategy and AI-driven tools for trusts, estates, and personal tax.

Lead portfolio marketing to create industry-led, solution-focused messaging and sales enablement. Develop cross-portfolio narratives, value propositions, proof points, and competitive differentiation. Partner with product, data science, market planning, and regional marketing to produce sales-ready content, thought leadership, and localized activations that drive pipeline and reduce feature/price-led selling.

Lead a global Learning & Performance team to design and deliver a sales and customer success curriculum, embed Challenger methodology, build assessments and certifications, align learning with commercial strategy, use data to measure impact, and partner cross-functionally to drive sustained behaviour change and performance.
