Teams at Redis (redis.io)

Serve as a People team partner and office lead, managing employee lifecycle, engagement programs, wellbeing strategy, events, vendor relationships, procurement, facilities, travel logistics, and local HR support to foster connection and smooth operations.

Provide advanced post-sale technical support for Redis Enterprise: troubleshoot and reproduce complex issues, analyze performance (including networking), coordinate escalations with Engineering and CloudOps, perform RCA, assist with deployments/upgrades, document findings, and participate in product development and customer training.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, provide customer support, and collaborate with engineering teams while working with Redis Enterprise software in cloud or on-premise environments.
