Develop and maintain Digital Workplace tools, working closely with teams, performing testing, debugging, and technical research. Requires web development experience and familiarity with modern software architectures.

Serve as regional single point of contact for support operations; manage incident lifecycle and prioritization, ensure SLA compliance, coordinate stakeholders and IT/dev teams, lead L1/L2, drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement using ITIL practices.

Lead design and governance of PUMA's integration fabric and API platform across DTC engineering. Own API gateway strategy (Apigee), GraphQL architecture, event-driven patterns, observability, security, and developer enablement. Drive API governance, integration testing standards, AI-native integration patterns, and mentor senior engineers while influencing cross-organization architecture and vendor integrations to ensure resilient, performant commerce integrations.
