Define technology strategy, architecture, and AI integration; ensure GraphQL/APIGEE APIs, SFCC and Sanity implementations, performance, testing, and platform health. Build and mentor senior engineering teams, partner with product and business stakeholders, and drive delivery, standards, and experimentation across DTC commerce capabilities.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable Java-based software solutions. Collaborate across the SDLC, drive feature development, conduct code reviews, support CI/CD and DevOps practices, and ensure system performance, security, and reliability.

Lead enterprise AI strategy and roadmap; build and scale cross-functional AI/ML teams; architect and deliver LLM, RAG, predictive and data-heavy AI products; establish MLOps, governance, cloud-native platforms (Azure/Databricks/AWS/GCP); drive product lifecycle, KPI tracking, security, and responsible AI practices.

Develop and maintain Digital Workplace tools, working closely with teams, performing testing, debugging, and technical research. Requires web development experience and familiarity with modern software architectures.

Perform various testing operations including UI, functional, and regression tests. Create test scenarios, document defects, and provide support for PLM applications.

Provide L2/L3 IT support, manage Azure services, corporate network devices, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliable IT Security systems while collaborating in a global team.

Support 3D designers, coordinate eCommerce projects, implement IT systems, maintain product data applications, and provide training.
