Build and operate production services for Proofpoint’s Microsoft 365 Outlook add-in and Adaptive Email Data Loss Prevention platform. Improve scalability, reliability, security, and user experience; work with sensitive data; ship continuously through CI/CD; and use product and production data to guide development. The role requires production Python, AWS, database, container, infrastructure-as-code, and security experience, with JavaScript/React and large-scale infrastructure experience preferred.

The International Accountant will support European and LATAM accounting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, journal entries, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, management reporting, variance analysis, procure-to-pay processes, subsidiary audits, SOX compliance, and process improvement projects. The role requires collaboration across teams and strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.

Manages an enterprise technical support team serving large customers during a 1pm–10pm shift. Responsibilities include hiring and developing support staff, overseeing ticket prioritization and resolution, managing escalations, coordinating with engineering and product teams, analyzing support metrics, improving processes, and maintaining reporting and tracking infrastructure to deliver exceptional customer service.
