Architect and build Proofpoint’s Satori enterprise AI agent platform, including agent runtimes, SDKs, evaluation suites, safety checks, telemetry, authentication, observability, and deployment controls. Develop reusable platform capabilities, ship production-grade microservices, debug distributed systems, collaborate across global teams, lead architectural discussions, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call support.

Build features and production services for Proofpoint’s Satori enterprise AI agent platform. Implement agent runtimes and SDK components, contribute to evaluation suites, safety checks, telemetry, authentication, release readiness, and rollback processes. Collaborate with senior engineers, debug services, support cloud-native microservices, ship production code, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Provide proactive technical leadership and support for strategic cybersecurity customers. Manage escalations, incident response, cross-functional resolution efforts, customer meetings, executive presentations, system reviews, integration strategies, risk planning, and process improvements. The role requires strong knowledge of Linux, messaging, networking, cloud services, and enterprise security environments, along with excellent customer communication, crisis leadership, project management, and fluent German.
