Resolve complex distributed-system and production issues, participate in on-call rotations, communicate technical decisions, navigate ambiguity, and improve engineering practices through innovation, infrastructure migrations, technical-debt reduction, and AI-assisted development.

Design, build, scale, and support reliable distributed systems integrating Proofpoint threat defense with Microsoft and Google email platforms. Develop Python services, maintain business-critical systems, ship code through CI/CD, monitor production environments, address security vulnerabilities, and process sensitive data at high volume with low latency. The role emphasizes DevOps, scalability, reliability, experimentation, and data-informed product improvements.
