Lead independent research on LLM evaluation, alignment, and synthetic data generation. Design and run rigorous experiments, build scalable evaluation frameworks and research infrastructure, apply fine-tuning and model optimization techniques, publish and open-source work, and collaborate with engineers and product teams to translate research into production-ready tools.

Own month-end tasks including journals, reconciliations and P&L variance commentary; prepare quarterly VAT returns; handle customer refunds (AML compliant); track cashflow and user balances; support financial reporting, invoices and re-forecasting; create automations, update policies, respond to stakeholder queries, and drive reporting/process improvements.

As Product Manager, you'll oversee a team developing AI tools, manage the complete product lifecycle, and collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with market needs.
