Teams at Primer (UK)

Leads and grows Primer’s pre-sales Solutions Engineering team, including hiring, coaching, technical sales standards, discovery, demos, POCs, RFPs, and deal strategy. Partners with Sales leadership on pipeline and forecasts, supports complex enterprise deals, builds CFO-level business cases, translates merchant feedback into product input, and measures SE impact on win rates and deal velocity. The role requires technical fluency in API integrations, SDKs, webhooks, and authentication flows, plus strong commercial and executive communication skills.

Lead Primer’s EMEA sales strategy, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and regional market expansion. Manage, coach, and develop Account Executives while personally pursuing strategic enterprise opportunities. Represent EMEA internally and externally, build executive relationships, collaborate with product, engineering, partnerships, and marketing, and provide regional insights to shape company strategy. Establish a culture of accountability, urgency, inclusion, and commercial excellence.

Own Primer's internal developer platform: CI/CD, deployment workflows, self-service and ephemeral environments. Build AI-enabled developer tooling and measure developer productivity. Operate production systems on-call, set platform standards, and mentor other engineers.
