Teams at Primer (UK)

Lead front-end technical strategy across multiple teams for a complex, data-dense merchant platform. Own architecture, component systems, state management, performance, accessibility, and front-end observability. Mentor engineers, drive cross-team alignment, and partner with Product, Design, and backend engineers to deliver a cohesive merchant experience including the Primer AI Companion.

Lead commercial rollout and sales for Primer's Finance Suite (Global Accounts & Reconciliation). Own prospecting, discovery, upsell/back-book motions, onboarding coordination, playbook and collateral creation, market feedback loops, and cross-functional alignment with Product, PMM, RevOps and CS to drive revenue and product-market fit.

As a Junior Solutions Engineer at Primer, you will consult with merchants to solve their pain points, leverage technical skills in API integrations, lead discovery sessions, and collaborate with teams to enhance products.
