Lead the multi-team Orchestration organization, managing performance, culture, and technical roadmap while ensuring security and scalability of payment systems at Primer.

The Principal Account Specialist will lead sales cycles, contribute to product launches, and develop strategies to enhance revenue while supporting merchant onboarding and sales training.

Lead a full product area end-to-end for Primer's payments infrastructure: set multi-quarter strategy, run discovery and merchant research, partner with engineering on technical direction, define GTM and pricing input, and measure long-term outcomes. Influence senior stakeholders, make evidence-led trade-offs across scope and quality, and raise product discipline through documentation and playbooks.
