Own end-to-end product marketing for Primer’s Partners team, including go-to-market launches, audience definition, messaging, positioning, competitive and buyer research, and partner and merchant feedback synthesis. Translate technical payment products into compelling buyer messaging, collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, and monitor initiative performance to optimize strategy. The role requires hands-on execution, strong project management, creativity, experimentation, and independent ownership in a fast-paced remote environment.

Own and improve Primer's GTM intelligence: maintain dashboards and semantic models, train BI/LLM models (Omni/Claude), surface pipeline/account signals, ensure correct Salesforce modeling, build revenue-driving models and GTM AI workflows, partner with data engineering and RevOps, drive adoption, and promote self-serve data literacy.

Lead front-end technical strategy across multiple teams for a complex, data-dense merchant platform. Own architecture, component systems, state management, performance, accessibility, and front-end observability. Mentor engineers, drive cross-team alignment, and partner with Product, Design, and backend engineers to deliver a cohesive merchant experience including the Primer AI Companion.

As a Junior Solutions Engineer at Primer, you will consult with merchants to solve their pain points, leverage technical skills in API integrations, lead discovery sessions, and collaborate with teams to enhance products.

Lead a small senior data engineering team owning the end-to-end data platform: streaming, warehousing, modelling, pipelines, ML lift, and operational excellence. Drive delivery, coach engineers, review technical designs, enforce data contracts and quality, manage costs (FinOps), and partner with Product and leadership to set roadmaps and risk. Build and grow an emerging ML function.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines, internal tools, and APIs to support analytics, product features, and ML. Collaborate with product and engineering to improve data infrastructure, ensure reliability, testing, and observability in a cloud-native environment.

Own and stabilize IAM provisioning queue, build SCIM auto-provisioning and enrollment flows, automate access reviews and certification campaigns, reduce identity-related technical debt (JIT/PAM, least-privilege evidence), and integrate IAM tooling (Okta, Tines, cloud IAM) while partnering with GRC, Workplace Technology, and engineering.

Lead strategy and outcomes for Growth as a product area: set multi-quarter plans, run discovery and merchant feedback loops, partner with engineering on technical direction, define GTM/positioning with RevOps and Product Marketing, and measure long-term success while improving product decision processes.

Own and improve Primer's internal developer platform: CI/CD, deployment workflows, ephemeral environments, and developer productivity metrics. Build human-AI development tooling and patterns, reduce boilerplate via golden-path tooling, take operational ownership (on-call), and partner with product teams to make internal APIs and frameworks more ergonomic for engineers.

Lead the operating model for the product organization, measure performance, manage product tooling, ensure go-to-market readiness, identify systemic issues, and build knowledge infrastructure.

Own Primer's internal developer platform: CI/CD, deployment workflows, self-service and ephemeral environments. Build AI-enabled developer tooling and measure developer productivity. Operate production systems on-call, set platform standards, and mentor other engineers.
