Own and improve Primer's internal developer platform: CI/CD, deployment workflows, ephemeral environments, and developer productivity metrics. Build human-AI development tooling and patterns, reduce boilerplate via golden-path tooling, take operational ownership (on-call), and partner with product teams to make internal APIs and frameworks more ergonomic for engineers.

Own the full sales cycle for Mid-Market UK&I accounts: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close. Build pipeline via outbound outreach and partnerships, engage C-level and director stakeholders, collaborate with Sales Engineering/Product/Customer Success, forecast sales in CRM, and contribute to sales process and playbook development while staying current on payments trends.

Lead a cross-functional engineering team across frontend, mobile and backend; own software architecture area; run development processes, incident response, on-call rotation; grow engineers via feedback and performance management; collaborate with product on scoping and prioritization; define metrics and drive system reliability improvements.

Lead commercial rollout and sales for Global Accounts and Reconciliation within Primer's CFO suite. Own end-to-end sales cycles with senior finance stakeholders, build a repeatable back-book and front-book motion, create the Global Accounts sales playbook and collateral, partner cross-functionally with Product, PMM, RevOps, CS and Support, track pipeline and outcomes, and protect merchant trust during onboarding and handovers.

Own and improve Primer's GTM intelligence: maintain dashboards and semantic models, train BI/LLM models (Omni/Claude), surface pipeline/account signals, ensure correct Salesforce modeling, build revenue-driving models and GTM AI workflows, partner with data engineering and RevOps, drive adoption, and promote self-serve data literacy.
