Lead business development strategy and execution for international development markets. Build go-to-market plans, drive client acquisition, originate deals, develop sales enablement assets, lead BD/marketing teams across jurisdictions, leverage data insights, produce targeted thought leadership, and manage partner alliances and performance reviews.

Support Head of Business Development for Energy & Natural Resources by designing and executing BD and marketing plans. Develop client propositions, support bids and collateral, run campaigns, events, legal directories, website and social media content, and work with sector and client teams to win and deepen client relationships.

Advise clients on cyber security, data protection and digital regulation matters including incident response, regulatory investigations, technology disputes, contract drafting and negotiation. Manage high‑profile matters, supervise junior lawyers, support business development and provide strategic advice on AI and online safety issues.

Provide employment law advice to corporate clients, handling strategic employment issues, complex tribunal and High Court litigation, cross-border matters, restructurings, redundancy, senior executive disputes, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, and support M&A and outsourcing projects while working with a UK-wide and international team.
