Establish and run a Resource Management function for Projects EMEA, advising partners on capacity and allocation across ~190 lawyers, embedding RM processes, supporting recruitment, resolving resourcing conflicts, and implementing capacity/utilisation reporting. Work with finance, HR, pricing, legal project management and variable resource teams; initially UK-focused with expected international expansion.

Provide employment law advice to corporate clients, handling strategic employment issues, complex tribunal and High Court litigation, cross-border matters, restructurings, redundancy, senior executive disputes, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, and support M&A and outsourcing projects while working with a UK-wide and international team.

Lead end-to-end lateral partner hiring and integration across the firm: define needs, manage candidate and search-firm relationships, coordinate due diligence, deliver onboarding and integration plans, engage senior stakeholders, track KPIs, and drive process improvements using market intelligence.
