Own enterprise customer technical outcomes for Ping Identity solutions from purchase through production. Provide architectural reviews, technical recommendations, environment health reviews, business reviews, and adoption guidance. Act as the customer advocate, coordinate internal teams, improve reporting and automation, contribute to knowledge bases, onboard TAMs, and occasionally support critical upgrades outside regular hours.

Leads a Customer Success team responsible for adoption, value realization, renewals, churn reduction, and expansion across enterprise B2B SaaS accounts. Manages team performance, coaching, hiring, forecasting, customer success processes, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Renewals, Support, Product, Services, and Marketing. Uses customer data and success platforms to identify risk, drive outcomes, improve retention, and protect recurring revenue.

Owns strategic enterprise accounts across Eastern and Central Europe, driving new-logo acquisition and upsell opportunities. Responsibilities include developing territory plans, articulating value propositions, negotiating complex contracts, forecasting sales, preparing subscription pricing and proposals, coordinating partners and system integrators, and sharing customer feedback with internal teams. The role requires a proven record selling enterprise software, winning strategic deals, meeting quotas, managing long sales cycles, and engaging senior buyers.
