As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Ping Identity, you will manage customer environments, fulfill service requests, onboard new clients, and collaborate with development teams while ensuring security and performance of services.

Support UKI partner and sales efforts by delivering pre-sales demos, presentations, technical guidance, POCs and RfX responses; act as Ping Identity technical expert, build customer/partner relationships, coordinate with post-sales teams, mentor juniors, provide product feedback, and travel 15–40% as needed.

The Sales Director is responsible for leading a sales team in the Middle East, developing strategies, and driving customer relationships while achieving business goals.
