Drive global compensation and benefits execution and governance across regions. Administer salary structures, support merit and incentive processes, advise HRBPs on pay decisions, ensure pay-transparency compliance, manage benefits renewals and escalations, and maintain global Total Rewards resources and reporting.

Own an assigned UK territory to drive net-new enterprise logo acquisition for Ping Identity. Position the IAM value proposition, generate pipeline, negotiate and close complex subscription deals, prepare pricing and RFP responses, report forecasts, and coordinate internal and partner resources to maximize revenue.

Lead product execution for Ping Identity's Identity for AI solution: define strategy, prioritize features, gather market and customer requirements, produce technical requirements, manage roadmap and backlog, collaborate with engineering, design, sales and marketing, enable go-to-market, and leverage AI tools to improve product workflows and delivery.

Lead product strategy and execution for Access Management across cloud and on-prem products.
