The Solutions Specialist will engage with customers, define AI workforce visions using Microsoft 365 tools, drive adoption of AI solutions, and support strategic planning and delivery processes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT consultancy projects (infrastructure, cloud, MDM, security). Plan and govern projects, create PIDs, manage RAID, budgets, suppliers and stakeholders, run meetings, report progress, control change, and ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

Deliver Active Directory and Microsoft 365 migration projects using Quest or similar tools. Scope, discover, design, plan and implement tenant‑to‑tenant and AD migrations, manage multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
