Manage and monitor assigned clinical trial investigator sites from activation through closeout to ensure patient safety, protocol compliance, data quality and timely delivery. Serve as primary site contact, perform onsite/remote monitoring, resolve protocol and data issues, support recruitment and safety reporting, prepare documentation and close-out, mentor junior monitors, and collaborate with study teams to drive quality and regulatory readiness.

Serve as Pfizer's primary site contact across the study lifecycle, driving site start-up, activation, recruitment, quality and compliance. Coordinate with CRAs and cross-functional teams, use analytic tools to identify site risks, implement mitigations, and support study conduct and close-out while maintaining investigator relationships and resolving escalated site issues.
