Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, data models, and DAX measures. Use advanced SQL to investigate and optimize complex data environments. Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, decision-focused BI solutions, manage BI projects independently, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure performance, security, testing, documentation, and scalability. The role also involves stakeholder communication, peer review, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Designs and maintains reusable data warehouse models, dimensional structures, SQL transformations, stored procedures, views, and data-loading processes. Investigates complex source systems, reconciles data, resolves quality issues, documents logic, and supports BI and Power BI requirements. Owns work through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable analytics assets.

Execute and optimize CRM-driven email campaigns across newsletters, sales sequences, nurture journeys, and operational communications. Build ClickDimensions automation workflows, sales sequences, segmentation, personalization, and CRM-integrated forms. Design polished emails, write copy, coordinate communications calendars, monitor campaign metrics, and use performance insights to improve engagement, conversions, lead generation, and data capture.
