Manage the Onboarding Risk team across regions, ensuring high-quality risk decisions, developing team members, and owning onboarding risk procedures. Support complex escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, and keep processes compliant with card scheme rules and payments legislation while improving KPIs and decision frameworks.

Lead the Application Excellence team to improve internal developer experience, build self-serve tooling and golden paths, drive platform reliability and productivity, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage and coach engineers, and remain technically credible while owning roadmap and delivery.

Own and manage global payroll operations across 12+ countries: coordinate third-party payroll providers and EORs, run monthly/bi-monthly payroll cycles, ensure accurate payments, taxes and benefits, record journals and reconcile payroll accounts, partner with Treasury and People, resolve employee payroll queries, and drive process improvements.
