Analyze financial and commercial data to drive revenue, pricing, and profitability decisions. Build and maintain BI dashboards, model pricing scenarios, identify cost-optimization opportunities, and partner with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to operationalize insights and track long-term impact.

Own Paddle’s self-serve business line and commercial performance from acquisition through retention. Set strategy, optimize activation and time-to-value, define pricing and packaging, manage unit economics, shape demand, deepen partner channels, and lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Partnerships, and RevOps. Build experimentation, tooling, and tracking while using data and AI to improve conversion and profitable growth.

Generate qualified sales pipeline by researching target accounts, managing territories, prospecting across phone, email, social, video, and regional channels, educating prospects, and converting engagement into meetings for Account Executives. The role requires collaboration with Marketing on events, effective use of AI-powered workflows, consistent quota attainment, and a consultative approach to selling Paddle’s SaaS payment infrastructure.
