Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Oyster’s Employer of Record product across onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and offboarding. Manage and develop a multi-layered product organization, prioritize complex initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Drive AI-powered automation, scalable workflows, measurable business outcomes, and product quality across a regulated global employment platform.

Lead the consolidated FP&A and Analytics function delivering planning, forecasting, financial modelling, pricing analytics, reporting, and commercial insight. Partner with senior leaders, drive AI/automation and systems improvements, prepare board/investor materials, support M&A/due diligence, and build a high-performing remote global team to improve decision quality and financial discipline.

Build and operate shared AI platform infrastructure for LLM applications, agents, RAG, tool calling, and AI workflows. Develop data and knowledge pipelines, secure enterprise integrations, reusable frameworks, deployment and observability standards, and developer tooling. Take AI systems from experimentation to reliable production while ensuring security, privacy, governance, scalability, quality, and cost efficiency. Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and IT to establish practical AI platform patterns and guardrails.
