Manage the School Student Services team and all administrative, logistical, financial and HR processes. Maintain student records in SITS, oversee timetabling, communications, admissions liaison, fee collection, reception duties, student welfare and safeguarding support, and assist with assessments and reporting.

Lead strategic, operational, academic and financial management of an international education centre. Oversee academic delivery, student experience, university partnerships, P&L, compliance (OfS, UKVI, QAA), staff performance, product development, and continuous improvement. Represent the School externally, manage budgets, drive revenue and efficiencies, and ensure regulatory readiness and safeguarding.

Manage day-to-day coordination of UK and Europe higher education partnerships, tracking recruitment performance, actions and risks, liaising with university stakeholders and internal teams to support recruitment, compliance and marketing goals.
