Develop and deliver integrated, intake-led marketing campaigns for Global Hubs, higher education pathway programmes, agents, students and university partners. Responsibilities include campaign planning, content and sales enablement, programme and partnership marketing, website and email management, brand governance, stakeholder coordination, performance reporting and optimisation. The role also supports new hub and partnership launches, manages marketing assets, and translates commercial and recruitment priorities into effective multi-channel activity.

Provides senior operational support across education programmes, coordinating complex planning, logistics, suppliers, documentation, quality assurance, compliance, costs and programme delivery. Acts as the escalation point for operational issues, supports centre management and staff inductions, maintains procedures and trackers, and drives consistency and continuous improvement across programme streams. The role also supports safeguarding, accreditation compliance, reporting, invoicing and stakeholder communications.
