Conduct outbound prospecting to manufacturing companies, map accounts and decision makers, uncover inspection challenges, qualify opportunities, and hand off qualified prospects to Vision Sales Engineers. Maintain accurate HubSpot records, refine messaging, use AI tools, and build automations or internal tools to improve prospecting and reporting. The role is remote within the United States and may include representing the company at industry events.

Leads global HR operations and compliance across North America, APAC, and Europe. Owns China HR, builds scalable onboarding, offboarding, payroll, leave, contracts, policy, and performance processes, supports managers, maintains audit-ready records, manages HR vendors and employment counsel, and partners on international expansion. Manages a small team and travels 15%–40% depending on location.

The Vision Sales Engineer will own revenue outcomes in their territory, driving sales of AI-enabled inspection solutions in manufacturing, developing relationships, and creating urgency for deployments and expansions.

Conduct targeted outbound outreach to U.S. manufacturing prospects from LATAM, uncover real inspection use cases, qualify opportunities strictly, map decision-makers, hand off qualified leads to Vision Sales Engineers, maintain HubSpot, and iterate messaging based on feedback.
