Teams at Optro

Design, implement, and operate global cloud infrastructure for a containerized SaaS. Own end-to-end infrastructure projects, IaC automation, observability, on-call reliability, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product, support, and sales.

Partner-facing role to evangelize Optro, run demos and training, map partner penetration, mentor partner teams, manage partner sandboxes, gather competitor intelligence, and drive joint GTM opportunities across EMEA.

Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of Optro's AuditBoard platform from sales handoff to go-live. Gather and interpret customer requirements, configure the solution, run kickoff, design, testing and UAT, maintain project status, and coordinate client and internal resources to deliver projects on time.
