Own end-to-end client delivery across retention and design, including quality, margins, capacity, client relationships, churn, financial planning, processes, AI workflow integration, hiring, and leadership development. Lead 3–6 direct reports and 40+ indirect reports while partnering with the founder on strategy and organizational scaling.
