Set the technical roadmap, manage engineers and technicians, oversee hardware design and validation, qualify components and suppliers, manage laboratory and field testing, lead regulatory certification, maintain test facilities, mitigate technical risk, and support team development.

Design, set up, test, optimise and monitor manufacturing processes and equipment for heat pump production at scale. Identify and implement process improvements, ensure health, safety, quality and environmental compliance, support maintenance troubleshooting and provide engineering input to maintenance planning.
