Responsibilities include documenting processes and controls, configuring low-code solutions, gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, supporting testing and implementation, managing data migration and training, monitoring workflows, and contributing to transformation projects. The role also involves stakeholder presentations, project updates, risk tracking, and continuous improvement across jurisdictions.

Provides overhead reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and commercial insights to drive business performance. Partners with budget holders to understand cost drivers, challenge assumptions, manage financial decisions, and allocate central overheads across business lines. Leads annual budgeting and forecasting submissions, improves reporting tools and financial models, ensures data integrity, supports group sales reporting, and contributes to business cases and strategic projects.
