Design and develop mechanical systems for carbon capture plants, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, rotating equipment, and structural components. Responsibilities include 2D/3D modeling, stress analysis, FEA, technical documentation, vendor package reviews, HAZOP participation, fabrication support, commissioning, factory acceptance testing, and startup assistance. The engineer will collaborate across disciplines and manage mechanical packages from concept through field deployment.

Lead process design and support for pilot and large-scale carbon capture plants. Produce calculations, datasheets, PFDs/P&IDs, heat and material balances, equipment sizing, process modelling, vendor reviews, safety inputs (HAZOP/LOPA), and support FEED/EPC projects while overseeing project timelines and stakeholder communication.
