Designs and supports pilot and large-scale carbon capture plants, including process calculations, equipment sizing, P&IDs, process simulations, utilities, instrumentation, safety reviews, vendor document reviews, and FEED/EPC project support. The role also contributes to proposals, project tracking, design standardization, customer needs, and technical leadership in a fast-growing cleantech environment.

Design and develop mechanical equipment and structural components for carbon capture plants, including pressure vessels, process piping, skids, supports, and platforms. Produce 3D CAD models, drawings, bills of materials, specifications, RFQs, and technical bid evaluations. Coordinate with vendors, support factory acceptance testing, inspections, installation, commissioning, and engineering safety reviews. The role requires pressure equipment, piping, structural calculation, procurement, and process plant experience.
