Install, commission and maintain EE Monitor prepayment devices and associated metering (routers, data loggers, heat meters) across district heating properties. Remove old units, fit new units, complete commissioning, acceptance testing and minor works certificates. Provide customer-facing onsite installation work, participate in on-call rota, and travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays.

Provide stage door cover: receive and direct phone calls/emails, manage fire panel and coordinate evacuations, control vehicle parking, receive post and goods, liaise with public, company managers and performers, and work as part of the Technical Department.

Provide community-focused neighbourhood safety, prevention, engagement and enforcement across Nottingham. Build relationships with residents and stakeholders, keep accurate records, use enforcement tools where needed, and support a safe, clean public realm.
