Teams at Noma Security

Own field marketing and regional campaign execution across EMEA and APAC. Drive pipeline through regional events, localized global campaigns, account-based marketing, sales partnership, vendor and budget management, and performance reporting. The role requires coordinating multiple events and campaigns, adapting messaging for local markets, and traveling 10–20% across international regions.

Own strategic post-sales relationships for enterprise customers adopting AI security and governance. Advise stakeholders from security practitioners to CISOs on AI environments, risks, governance, and use cases. Define measurable outcomes, drive platform adoption, support retention and expansion, and coordinate Product, Engineering, Security, Support, and customer operationalization teams. Translate complex AI security capabilities into practical strategies and communicate customer insights internally.

Provide hands-on technical leadership for post-sales customer deployments of an AI security and governance platform. Translate use cases into configurations, integrations, automations, workflows, and production-readiness plans. Diagnose complex technical issues, guide API and scripting integrations, lead customer workshops, create reusable runbooks, and coordinate escalations with Support and Engineering. The role partners across Customer Solutions, Product, Research, Security, and Support to drive scalable technical adoption.
