Lead 2–3 software teams (12–20 engineers) focusing on people management, team health, hiring/retention, stakeholder communication, technical debt and platform investment decisions, and driving adoption of AI tools and change across a security- and regulation-conscious payments environment.

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable backend services and mobile SDKs for payment device integrations. Lead architecture, improve CI/CD and testing, mentor engineers, ensure security and compliance (PCI/OWASP), investigate performance issues, participate in on-call rotation after onboarding, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable payment solutions.

The Software Engineering Manager leads and mentors software engineers, fosters a supportive environment, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures high-quality software delivery while adhering to industry regulations.
