Provide advanced technical support and root-cause resolution for NiCE contact-center SaaS products, analyze logs/packets, mentor peers, own escalations, create KCS knowledge, and collaborate with R&D and internal teams to prevent recurrence and meet SLA targets.

The Strategic Solution Engineer will engage with GSI partners to drive solution adoption, support strategic opportunities, and enhance partner sales through technical guidance and solution narratives.

Sell NiCE Actimize's financial crime portfolio across a multi-country European territory. Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, progress in-flight deals, build new pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders, coordinate pre-sales/product/partners, negotiate and close complex contracts, and meet quota while travelling across the region.
