Manage and optimize business-critical PostgreSQL databases and cloud-based SaaS infrastructure. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, replication, high availability, disaster recovery, security, patching, upgrades, migrations, SaaS administration, SSO, IAM, monitoring, automation, incident response, Linux and cloud administration, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Plan, facilitate, and lead user research across complex projects with multidisciplinary teams. Conduct inclusive and accessible research, analyze qualitative data, synthesize insights, and provide recommendations. Champion user-centered design and GDS standards, support research operations, contribute to practice development and proposals, and work autonomously with clients across public, private, health, and voluntary sectors.
