Deploy and connect Microsoft Azure Backup Server to Azure Recovery Services Vault, configure backup policies, test DNS connectivity, perform server backups and recoveries, implement recovery solutions, and validate disaster recovery procedures. The contractor must be eligible for UK Security Clearance and have the right to work and travel within the UK.

Designs scalable, secure technical architectures for corporate platforms and customer-facing services across on-premise, data centre, and public cloud environments. Evaluates options, supports delivery teams through implementation, participates in architecture reviews, presents designs to assurance boards, contributes to technology roadmaps, and collaborates with security specialists. The role requires strong infrastructure, platform, cloud, compute, networking, storage, virtualization, communication, and technical design skills.

Designs, evaluates, and delivers technical solutions from proof of concept through live service. Responsibilities include architecture documentation, requirements capture, technical migration planning, milestone reviews, engineering task coordination, troubleshooting, customer presentations, project support, and support handover. The role requires expertise in Microsoft server and client environments, Active Directory, virtualization, technical design, ITIL processes, and customer-facing consultancy, with eligibility for UK SC and NPPV clearance.
