Lead interaction design during GDS Beta, support GDS Beta Assessment, make informed design decisions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and ensure designs meet required standards while working in a security-sensitive UK programme.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for NEC Housing's planned maintenance and property investment solutions. Conduct market research, engage customers through co-design, define requirements, manage third-party supplier needs, support build and testing, produce documentation, assist sales/bids, and support product launches to meet regulatory and sector needs.
