Own the diabetic eye screening product strategy, roadmap, backlog, lifecycle, and go-to-market execution. Lead customer research, user-centered design, requirements, releases, stakeholder communications, KPIs, business cases, ROI tracking, and third-party collaboration. Lead product strategy and delivery for healthcare registries: build and mentor a product team, own roadmap and backlog, drive go‑to‑market, stakeholder engagement, measure KPIs, and ensure quality, scalable SaaS solutions aligned to customer and commercial needs.

Provide Oracle database and application support across on-prem, private and public cloud environments: apply updates, install and troubleshoot software, monitor and resolve performance and backup issues, deploy Tomcat web apps, liaise with customers and IT teams, and drive automation and process improvements.

Define and translate Early Years Funding statutory and operational requirements into clear product requirements. Work with customers, product, design and engineering to analyse processes, author user stories, acceptance criteria and BA artefacts, support discovery, backlog refinement, sprint delivery, testing and continuous improvement, and act as subject matter expert on Early Years processes.

Lead deployment, configuration, and optimisation of enterprise software for customers. Design scalable Azure infrastructure using Terraform, deploy containerized apps on Kubernetes/Docker, manage SQL Server/PostgreSQL, automate tasks with PowerShell/Bash/Python, implement monitoring/observability, run workshops, and provide post-go-live support and documentation.

Lead the registries product: define strategy, own backlog, deliver iterative SaaS and AI/data value, coordinate releases, engage customers, support sales and go-to-market, and ensure product ROI and quality.

Design and deliver scalable, secure infrastructure and cloud architectures across on‑premise, data centre, and public cloud environments. Work hands‑on with delivery teams to translate requirements into implementable designs, support implementation and assurance reviews, contribute to technology roadmaps, and collaborate with Security Architects to meet non‑functional requirements.

Perform data profiling and validation across source and target systems during a large-scale public sector data migration. Define and execute data quality rules, test BI dashboards, write and run SQL (MySQL) including stored procedures, document findings, and collaborate with data engineers to remediate issues while championing data quality across accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, validity, and uniqueness.

Own and operate cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) using Infrastructure as Code. Maintain and improve Terraform estates, manage Kubernetes and ArgoCD production workloads, keep CI/CD pipelines reliable, automate with Python/Bash, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with teams to deliver secure, scalable public-sector services.

Sell NEC entitlement and related managed services into UK local authorities. Build and manage pipelines, present proposals, negotiate and close deals, manage tender/procurement processes, liaise with delivery teams, attend industry events, and achieve financial targets while contributing to service proposition development.
