Define and translate Early Years Funding statutory and operational requirements into clear product requirements. Work with customers, product, design and engineering to analyse processes, author user stories, acceptance criteria and BA artefacts, support discovery, backlog refinement, sprint delivery, testing and continuous improvement, and act as subject matter expert on Early Years processes.

Lead deployment, configuration, and optimisation of enterprise software for customers. Design scalable Azure infrastructure using Terraform, deploy containerized apps on Kubernetes/Docker, manage SQL Server/PostgreSQL, automate tasks with PowerShell/Bash/Python, implement monitoring/observability, run workshops, and provide post-go-live support and documentation.

Lead end-to-end management of high-value, complex public sector bids. Define bid strategy, governance and review cycles, ensure compliance, drive win themes, manage stakeholders and mentor bid teams to improve quality and win rates.

Design and deliver scalable, secure infrastructure and cloud architectures across on‑premise, data centre, and public cloud environments. Work hands‑on with delivery teams to translate requirements into implementable designs, support implementation and assurance reviews, contribute to technology roadmaps, and collaborate with Security Architects to meet non‑functional requirements.

Lead a central AI function to define enterprise AI strategy, build platform and tooling, embed AI into products and operations, set governance and guardrails, run pilots to production, drive adoption and cost controls, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Define and execute data quality rules, run SQL (MySQL) and stored procedures, test BI dashboards, document findings, and liaise with engineers and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, validity and uniqueness of migrated data.

Sell NEC entitlement and related managed services into UK local authorities. Build and manage pipelines, present proposals, negotiate and close deals, manage tender/procurement processes, liaise with delivery teams, attend industry events, and achieve financial targets while contributing to service proposition development.
