Manage a global analytics case queue and fulfill reporting, order management, and ad hoc analysis requests. Build and maintain data models, Salesforce and Gong dashboards, and performance scorecards. Support sales compensation, incentive validation, quota goal sheets, territory management, pipeline health checks, and data integrity. Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, leadership, and field teams to ensure accurate, actionable reporting and timely commission processing.
