Provides administrative support for daily production operations, including maintaining materials, equipment, workforce, inventory, and KPI records. Coordinates departments, meetings, shift schedules, and staff movements; updates ERP systems, tracers, and planners; supports quality, health and safety, audits, risk assessments, cost tracking, and compliance documentation. Assists with resolving production issues, contingency planning, and reporting operational findings.

Lead the technical delivery of multiple engineering projects from concept through completion. Responsibilities include defining scopes, planning resources, estimating, managing risks, coordinating subcontractors, producing control and electrical system drawings, supporting site fault-finding, reporting progress, and driving continuous improvement. The role combines hands-on engineering across facilities, plant, equipment, cranes, docks, and operational assets with project leadership and stakeholder management.

Provide on-site first-line support for PLM, CAD, SAP, and other enterprise applications in an engineering and manufacturing environment. Own incidents, requests, and problems through resolution; diagnose issues, coordinate with application specialists, document procedures, and maintain application reliability. Build relationships with engineering and production stakeholders, identify improvements, support digital transformation projects, and travel occasionally to other sites.
