Supports naval architecture and ship design for new-build, repair, conversion, and modernisation projects. Responsibilities include stability and hydrodynamic assessments, weight and centre-of-gravity calculations, structural and hull-form design, technical documentation, CAD modelling, design reviews, regulatory compliance, and vessel assurance activities. The role includes mentoring and structured development toward Chartered Engineer status, with occasional work at vessels, shipyards, and project sites.

Provides administrative support to operations by maintaining employee time, payroll, absence, holiday, training, and personnel records. Processes timesheets, verifies payroll data, resolves discrepancies, supports onboarding, organises training, prints work orders and drawings, and manages document control and filing. The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, accurate data entry, confidentiality, organisation, and communication. SAP PP knowledge is desirable. BPSS security clearance must be completed during onboarding.

Drives sales growth across offshore oil and gas, tanker, and bulk carrier markets. Identifies opportunities, manages client relationships and key accounts, develops bids and proposals, negotiates contracts, and achieves revenue and margin targets. Collaborates with estimating, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to deliver tailored solutions. Monitors market and competitor activity, identifies cross-selling opportunities, prepares forecasts and reports, and supports risk assessment and contract finalization.

Provide on-site first-line support for PLM, CAD, SAP, and other enterprise applications in an engineering and manufacturing environment. Own incidents, requests, and problems through resolution; diagnose issues, coordinate with application specialists, document procedures, and maintain application reliability. Build relationships with engineering and production stakeholders, identify improvements, support digital transformation projects, and travel occasionally to other sites.

Manage procurement of materials, equipment, components, and services for shipbuilding projects. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, control costs, mitigate supply chain risks, process purchase orders, track deliveries, and monitor inventory. Collaborate with project, engineering, and production teams to forecast needs, ensure compliance, review supplier performance, and identify savings. The role may also involve mentoring Buyers and supporting procurement process improvements.
