Lead design and maintenance of Customer Risk Assessment controls, enhance CRA models, perform data quality assessments, run impact and scenario modelling, define and calibrate risk thresholds, lead model testing/validation, and communicate analytical findings to senior stakeholders while collaborating across Governance, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Programme teams.

The role involves developing and implementing Customer Risk Assessment models, assessing data quality, and working collaboratively on risk assessment methodologies in financial crime analytics.

Execute data quality evaluation processes for Credit Reference Agency data, compile reports, investigate and escalate data issues, design and update data quality rules using SAS tools, support data governance framework and dispute resolution, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve data controls.
