Supports the planning, delivery, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns. Reviews performance data, maintains reporting dashboards, coordinates creative assets, validates tracking, manages approvals, and contributes to media planning. The role works with agencies and internal marketing, product, and digital stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet regulatory, brand, governance, and customer outcome requirements.

Lead enterprise-wide insider risk management across security, privacy, fraud, technology, people, legal, and other control functions. Assess aggregate risk exposure, analyze data and intelligence, identify emerging threats and control weaknesses, produce executive reporting, and influence senior stakeholders. Develop and improve insider risk frameworks, governance, policies, and operating models; lead investigations and thematic reviews; drive remediation; and strengthen risk culture, control maturity, and organizational resilience.

Provide front-line banking support in branch, by phone and online. Handle transactions and queries, guide customers to products and digital tools, follow processes to protect customers, and work with colleagues to deliver excellent service in a busy branch environment.
