Leads Colibri’s applied AI capability, setting technical direction, engineering standards, propositions, and team strategy. Guides AI discovery, solution design, client conversations, pre-sales, delivery, and commercial growth. Oversees production AI, architecture, MLOps/LLMOps, testing, evaluation, security, governance, and reusable intellectual property. Mentors senior engineers, develops the practice, builds market presence, and ensures AI solutions are secure, scalable, commercially viable, and production-ready.

Supports the design, development, and deployment of applied AI systems under senior engineer guidance. Contributes to AI feature development, follows engineering standards, participates in code reviews and technical discussions, and builds expertise across modern AI and cloud technologies. The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and progression toward more senior engineering responsibilities.

Leads complex, concurrent projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, governance, documentation, vendors, and stakeholder expectations. Oversees project forecasting, change control, reporting, and service transition while coordinating internal departments, customers, and third parties. Requires strong project management experience in a fast-paced managed service provider environment and familiarity with Microsoft technologies and delivery governance practices.
