Partners with managers and leaders across the employee lifecycle, providing UK employment advice and handling employee relations, performance, organisational change, restructures, TUPE consultations, workforce planning, and contractor compliance including IR35. Promotes culture, diversity, inclusion, and employee experience while delivering management training, development programmes, and learning resources. Works collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People leadership in a remote-first environment with occasional London travel.

Leads complex, concurrent projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, governance, documentation, vendors, and stakeholder expectations. Oversees project forecasting, change control, reporting, and service transition while coordinating internal departments, customers, and third parties. Requires strong project management experience in a fast-paced managed service provider environment and familiarity with Microsoft technologies and delivery governance practices.

Build and architect scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, Terraform, and serverless technologies. Own frontend, backend, infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, and deployment across the application lifecycle. Use AI-assisted development tools, design event-driven architectures, and mentor junior engineers. Act as a consultative technical partner by translating business needs into secure solutions and presenting architectural guidance to client stakeholders.
