Leads complex enterprise software delivery programmes for major banks, owning governance, client and executive relationships, commercial controls, risk management, regulatory milestones, go-live readiness, and customer transition. The role requires deep financial crime compliance technology experience, Tier 1 banking implementations, cloud SaaS delivery, multi-vendor coordination, programme turnarounds, and strong contractual and financial governance.

Serve as primary client contact from project through implementation and support. Troubleshoot technical issues (logs, root cause), run SQL/Elastic queries, modify Python scripts, facilitate technical strategy and training, produce reports and remediation plans, author KB documentation, and work cross-functionally to drive client value and product alignment.
