Identify user problems, simplify complex technical capabilities, improve workflows from first setup to production, and shape integrations, credentials, schemas, reusable capabilities, and MCP-related experiences. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, DevRel, Docs, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success while using customer insight, product judgment, experimentation, and success metrics to drive outcomes.

Own product strategy and execution for enterprise workflow lifecycle, developer experience, and production operations. Deliver Git-based source control workflows, versioning, rollback, observability, secrets/configuration management, and multi-instance operations. Lead cross-functional discovery with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to prioritise, spec, and ship enterprise-grade features for mission-critical automations.

Build and scale n8n’s service partner ecosystem across Southern Europe. Recruit, onboard, enable, and develop consulting firms and systems integrators; drive partner-sourced pipeline, co-selling, revenue, and customer success. Create partner programs, playbooks, certifications, campaigns, and joint business plans while collaborating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing. Represent n8n at regional events, communicate partner insights internally, and improve global partner programs using performance data.
