Build secure automations, provide L1/L2 support, maintain documentation and runbooks, and support security and compliance activities (SOC 2, ISO 27001). Partner with People, Finance, and engineering to improve onboarding/offboarding and operational reliability.

As Head of Design at n8n, you will lead a design team, shape product strategy, enhance user experience, build research practices, and drive the strategic influence of design within the organization.

Design, build, and own end-to-end data pipelines on BigQuery and dbt; orchestrate workflows with Dagster; enable analytics and AI use cases; build marketing attribution and reverse-ETL; enforce data quality, observability, and platform standards.
