Lead pricing experiments, cross-functional decisions, and end-to-end rollouts while enabling product teams with reusable decision tools.

Own end-to-end commercial renewals for a high-volume B2B SaaS enterprise portfolio. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, negotiating terms, managing procurement and legal processes, coordinating signatures, maintaining forecasts and CRM accuracy, partnering with Customer Success on renewal risk, and improving scalable renewal workflows through automation and AI.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships in the German-speaking market, managing onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, renewals, QBRs, health checks, and escalations. Develop account strategies, quantify ROI, engage technical and executive stakeholders, and partner with Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to drive customer outcomes and revenue growth.
