Build production-grade automation workflows, integrations, and custom nodes for enterprise customers. Own n8n’s global pricing and monetization strategy across community, self-serve, and Enterprise segments. Build analytical models covering unit economics, AI run costs, customer value, gross margin, and willingness-to-pay. Design pricing, packaging, consumption models, discount governance, and billing frameworks. Lead pricing experiments, cross-functional decisions, and end-to-end rollouts while enabling product teams with reusable decision tools.

Own product strategy and execution for enterprise workflow lifecycle, developer experience, and production operations. Deliver Git-based source control workflows, versioning, rollback, observability, secrets/configuration management, and multi-instance operations. Lead cross-functional discovery with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to prioritise, spec, and ship enterprise-grade features for mission-critical automations.

Own enterprise sales across Northern Europe, including pipeline generation, territory planning, discovery, technical evaluations, proposals, negotiations, and closing complex six- and seven-figure SaaS deals. Engage technical and executive stakeholders, use MEDDIC/MEDDPICC for qualification and forecasting, maintain Salesforce discipline, create mutual action plans, and collaborate with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success. Represent n8n at events and travel to customers as needed.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will develop AI-powered features, integrating LLM APIs to enhance user workflows while collaborating with teams to ensure reliability and scalability.

Build and scale sales enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams.
